Arkhangelsk Center of Social Technologies “Garant” Regional Non-Governmental Charity Organization “Arkhangelsk Center of Social Technologies “Garant” was established in autumn of 1996 as an organization that promotes development of civil society in the Arkhangelsk region. The Charity Fund of Community Development “Garant”, operating under the auspices of the Center, supports the program “Development of social programs evaluation”, under which ASPPE is funded.

National Monitoring and Evaluation Network in the Kyrgyz Republic Informal Voluntary Association of Organizations involved in monitoring and evaluation of projects, programs, strategies and policies in Kyrgyzstan. It was founded in 2007. Currently, the Network includes 40 organizations of various forms of ownership. The Network’s mission is to develop professional evaluation and expertise in Kyrgyzstan. The Network cooperates with ASPPE on development of approaches to forming a strategy of national professional association. 

Process Consulting Company Process Consulting Company was established in 1992. The company specializes in program evaluation and in organizational development. In addition to evaluation of programs and projects, the company conducts trainings for evaluation specialists, helps to develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems in organizations, and actively participates in the development of program evaluation in Russia and CIS countries.
